About Our Guest
Amy Goober has a B.S. in psychology from Cornell University. As a Certified Health Coach, she has helped over 600 clients over the past 7 years. She has reached the level of Global Director, one of only 2% of the 30,000 health coaches at Optavia. Amy leads, supervises and mentors a team of 70 coaches. She is also the founder of specialty cake bakery The Icing on the Cake, in existence for over 30 years in Newton, Massachusetts. She speaks on leadership, health and wellness and personal motivation topics.
